In the Northwest of India around the desert of Rajasthan. Here we are on the two day camel safari into the desert. My back, legs and bum ached a bit from sitting in the saddle all day, but sleeping in peaceful silence under the clear star-filled desert skies on sand dunes after watching a beautiful sunset and moonrise clearly marks one of those moments that stay deep within.
Our "tent" - as you can see in the photo this was no luxury – just 2 single camp beds! I slept OK and It was a beautiful clear night - great for stars and satellite viewing
